About tomahawk
Tomahawk is a ribeye steak with a long, frenched bone, named after the axe of the same shape. A cut that makes an impression at the table, both for size (often 1–1.5 kg) and presentation. Underneath the frenched rib sits the same tender, fatty ribeye you know.
Price per kilo for tomahawk is usually higher than for trimmed ribeye, because part of the weight is bone. Premium cuts (Black Angus, dry-aged) cost clearly more than standard tomahawk, and Wagyu tomahawk is the priciest option. Check the current prices above for today's per-kilo numbers.
